The Borough of Narberth is often cited among the top places to live and for good reason. It offers first class amenities, a strong community spirit, and a great location. 

Walking distance to all of our apartments is the main street, Haverford Avenue. With a fine cheese shop, French patisserie, a wine store, several pubs and restaurants, an independent book seller and a grocer/butcher, Narberth is often compared to a small European village. These locally owned businesses contribute to the high standard of living enjoyed by Narberth residents.  

We are located in Lower Merion Township to the west of Philadelphia, minutes away from Center City. Narberth residents enjoy an easy commute to West Philadelphia (University of Pennsylvania), the route 202/422 corridor (King of Prussia, etc.) and points along Lancaster Avenue (Bryn Mawr and Haverford Colleges, Villanova University, Ardmore). Narberth is within 15 minutes of Interstates I-76 and I-476 and  5 minutes from Route 30 and Route 1.

People around here say, "If you can't find it in Narberth you probably don't need it".  We couldn't agree more. Our central shopping district includes a hardware store, grocery store with a butcher, a fine cheese shop, french bakery, bank, book shop, wine and spirits store, craft beer store, gift shops. art galleries, clothing and accessories from fashion retailers and hip resale shops.  For dining, you can choose your spot from three lively pubs or a variety of dine-in or take away shops. Neighboring towns are home to Whole Foods and the Suburban Square shopping area.

Narberth is within 15 minutes of Interstates I-76 and I-476 and within 5 minutes of Route 30 and Route 1. Public transportation  serves us with SEPTAs regional rail line and the #44 bus.  The Narberth train station is a stop on the Paoli-Thorndale line with easy connections to PHL International Airport, and NYC and Washington DC via Amtrak.  You can travel the globe without starting your car.

There is always something to do and new people to meet in Narberth. With a movie theater, independent book seller, art galleries, yoga and fitness studios, and a variety of pubs, coffee and sweet shops, there is always an opportunity to do something fun. Narberth hosts many popular festivals and events throughout the year including music festivals, First Fridays, Oktoberfest, and a Dickens Festival. In the warmer months of the year, Narberth Park hosts a summer concert series.

Green spaces and trails located nearby include the Shortridge Park, Mill Creek, Rolling Hill Park, and The Cynwyd Trail. Options abound for cycling, running, walking or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Just blocks from our residences is one of Narberth's most popular amenities - Narberth Park.  The park features a variety of sports fields, a playground, and a tot lot.  The basketball court  - the same one where Kobe Bryant and Wilt Chamberlain used to play - is home to some the area's greatest pick-up basketball.
